Florida has approved the Hometown Heroes Housing Program. This program will provide 0% Interest Loans to be used toward down payment and closing costs up to 5% of the loan or $25,000.
This program is funded at $100,000,000 and starts accepting applications 6/1/2022.
The program is designed to help our hometown heroes purchase homes in this real estate market.
