Zillow Decides to Partner with Opendoor

Zillow recently cancelled their own Buying Program for seller homes due to losses of $881,000,000 in 2021.
Opendoor was recently fined $62,000,000 for deceptive practices with their program.

FTC Fines Opendoor for Misleading and Deceptive Information

Research found that most sellers that used Opendoor made much less than if they would have sold their home through a Realtor. Opendoor has been fined $62,000,000 and must change their advertising practices.
