Redfin Discontinues iBuyer Program

Redfin has decided to discontinue their iBUYER Program due to the rising interest rates and cooling real estate market. As a result, Redfin will be laying off over 800 employees. Redfin had already laid off 470 back in June 2022. Redfin currently owns approximately $265 million worth of homes in their inventory.
