First time home buyers still have some loan options available in Florida.
The Florida Assist program offers $10,000 for down payment and closing costs.
The Florida Homeownership Loan program offers $10,000.
HFA offers 3%-5% of the loan value.
National loan programs include FHA, VA, and USDA.
